We Buy Any Football Shirts.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a valuation request through webuyanyfootballshirts.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms govern the sale of football shirts by you ("the Seller") to us ("the Company").

2. Adult Shirts Only

We only purchase adult-sized football shirts in sizes Small through 5XL. We do not accept children's or youth-sized items under any circumstances. Submissions containing only children's sizes will not receive an offer.

3. Valuation Process

Valuations are provided free of charge and are not binding offers. A confirmed offer is only made after reviewing photographic evidence. Submitting a request does not oblige us to purchase your shirt, nor you to sell it.

4. Accuracy of Description

You must accurately describe the condition, size, manufacturer, era, and any printing or damage. Misleading information may result in a revised or withdrawn offer after physical inspection.

5. Photographs

Once initial interest is confirmed, you will be required to provide clear photos including: front, back, all labels and tags, and close-ups of any damage or notable features. Images must be your own and accurately represent the item.

6. Posting Your Shirt

Where we issue a prepaid postage label, the shirt must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging. Retain proof of postage. Risk passes to us upon confirmed receipt.

7. Offers & Counteroffers

All offers are made at our sole discretion. If the shirt received materially differs from its described condition, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the offer. We will always contact you before doing so.

8. Payment

Payment is made within 48 hours of satisfactory receipt and verification of the shirt, via your chosen method. Payment is non-reversible once processed. Gift card uplifts are applied to the base offer value.

9. Authenticity

You warrant that any shirt submitted for sale is genuine and not a counterfeit, reproduction, or unlicensed copy. Counterfeit items will not be purchased and may be reported to the relevant rights holder.

10. Liability

Our liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the agreed purchase price of the shirt. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

11. Data & Privacy

Personal data submitted via our forms is used solely for processing your valuation and sale. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@webuyanyfootballshirts.com.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your submission governs that transaction.
